Chris Baylis, President and CEO
Chris Baylis is an expert in sponsorship valuation and sponsorship strategy. Chris works with brands and sponsorship properties to define their sponsorship goals, determine market value of their sponsorship assets and create strategies that work.
Chris is the Managing Director of The Sponsorship Collective, a board member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals and international speaker and consultant on all things sponsorship marketing.
Joel Shields, Sponsorship Consultant
Joel has a passion for helping organizations apply best practices to increase their sponsorship revenue. He has managed every aspect of the sponsorship process with Non-Profit, Municipal, Arts & Culture & Large Event properties. Joel works with our clients to strengthen their go-to-market strategies and uncover opportunities for new revenue.
Jasmine Lavadan, Senior Account Manager
Jasmine is involved with every client that we work with. Her role is to ensure that our clients move through the consulting process as planned and that The Sponsorship Collective team meets all internal deadlines. Sometimes Jasmine works directly with clients and other times she is at work behind the scenes, involved with inventory building, asset development, valuations and prospect research.
