Chris Baylis, President and CEO

Chris Baylis is an expert in sponsorship valuation and sponsorship strategy. Chris works with brands and sponsorship properties to define their sponsorship goals, determine market value of their sponsorship assets and create strategies that work.

Chris is the President and CEO of The Sponsorship Collective and an international speaker and consultant on all things sponsorship.

Jasmine Lavadan, Senior Account Manager

Jasmine is involved with every client that we work with. Her role is to ensure that our clients move through the consulting process as planned and that The Sponsorship Collective team meets all internal deadlines. Sometimes Jasmine works directly with clients and other times she is at work behind the scenes, involved with inventory building, asset development, valuations and prospect research.


Shawna Miller, Executive Assistant

Shawna is responsible for managing the day to day operations of The Sponsorship Collective. Shawna’s expertise and areas of focus included scheduling, account management, project management and research.


Christian Robillard, Sponsorship Consultant

Christian’s expertise is firmly within the event and cause sponsorship space. Christian helps our clients identify sellable assets, determine the value of their opportunities, and, most importantly, implement strategies that work.

In addition to his work with The Sponsorship Collective, Christian is completing his masters degree in philanthropy and nonprofit leadership at Carleton University, with a focus on corporate social responsibility and corporate giving, social entrepreneurship, impact investing, and fundraising.
