About us…
Our goal is to become the number one sponsorship resource in the English speaking world. We are looking to help our clients generate $ 25 million in sponsorship revenue by the end of 2026. We are a consulting agency that helps our clients professionalize their sponsorship program and build world class sponsorship opportunities. We support clients from all over the world and from multiple verticals to achieve their sponsorship goals and increase their impact.
About the role…
Our Closers work from home, full time, Monday to Friday 9AM – 5PM EST. This is an inbound role where you will have 4-6 meetings on your calendar per day. This is a demanding role and not appropriate as a “side hustle”.
You will be selling our Sponsorship Accelerator program (8500USD) to prospective clients. You will take charge of your own pipeline, booking follow ups, closing deals and fostering relationships. Each day will involve reaching out to prospective clients, getting clear on their challenges and pain and clearly communicating how their problems will be solved working with us.
You will work alongside a committed sales team to achieve company objectives. We host a sales team huddle daily to train, learn and empower and share best practices with the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement
- Build a pipeline of warm leads
- Maintain an accurate and up to date CRM
- Document conversations in the “notes” section of CRM
- Take scheduled calls via Alloware and Hubspot
- Attend daily sales huddles and any other trainings
- Complete end of day reports and provide feedback
- Consistently be on top of daily tasks and follow up calls
- Exceed sales targets
- Use a consultative sales approach
KPI’s:
- 85K+ in new business monthly, which is the minimum KPI and represents 10 units
- You should expect to take 4 – 6 inbound calls per day, 5 days per week
- You will book all of your own follow ups until the deal is closed

Remuneration:
- On target earning for this role range from $120,000 USD per year (minimum KPI) to $150,000 USD + per year
- No cap on earnings
