About the role…
This is a full time, fully remote role. You will work alongside a committed sales team to achieve company objectives. As a member of the sales team you will embody our core values, which include: Extreme Ownership, World Class, Team First and Seek Feedback.
You will be responsible for conducting sales calls and building long term relationships with our clients. This is primarily an inbound role where we provide the leads and appointments, you will show up as your best self and coach those prospects to make a buying decision. This position is for someone who is well experienced in sales and is looking to work with a fast growing organization in the coaching and consulting space.
This position will report directly to the Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert warm inbound leads into sales
- Partner with SDR team to ensure smooth client journey
- Handle multiple prospects simultaneously
- Take scheduled calls via Alloware and Hubspot
- Attend daily sales huddles and any other trainings
- Complete end of day reports
- Consistently manage a pipeline and diligent completion of daily tasks and follow up calls
- Exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Use a consultative sales approach
KPI’s:
- $85K+ in new business monthly from a range of services priced between $6500 – $25,000
- You should expect to take 4 – 6 inbound sales calls per day, 5 days per week
- You will book all of your own follow ups until the deal is closed
- During quiet times throughout the day, you will do outbound calls to book your own appointments from a curated prospect lists
Requirements:
- 5+ years sales experience
- Proven experience closing five figure deals and at least $500K/year
Job Type:
- Permanent Full Time (40 hours)
Remuneration:
- This is a base plus commission role
- On target earning for this role are $130,000 per year at minimum KPI with no cap on commissions
